Cancellation Policy

If you cancel the same day with less than a 48 hour notice or no call/no show, you will be charged 50% of the service. Additionally, there is a 10 minute grace period ONLY. If I can still accommodate you after being more than 10 minutes late, there will be an additional $2/minute fee. NO EXCEPTIONS. Appointments after hours are available for an additional fee. This means that if you see a day you’d like to book but I’m either fully booked or don’t have that appointment time on this site it will be an additional $20 fee assuming I can squeeze you in either before or after regular business hours. Please contact me ahead of time if you’re interested in this option.
